       YAPHANK, N. Y., Sept. 10- Mrs. Alys F. Rector, a resident of this village for the last fourteen years, died yesterday at her home following a short illness.   Surviving are her husband, Van B. Rector, retired army officer, who is superintendent of the Camp Upton are; two sister, Mrs. T. A. Worthington and Mrs. L. C. Caulk, and a brother, Edward Frawner, all of Virginia.   Mrs. Rector was a native of Richmond, Va.
